At Doll Beauty, we want you to be completely obsessed with your purchase. If you aren't 100% satisfied, you can return your unopened and unused products within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into our returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Ensure all products are in their original packaging and securely sealed to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Print & Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and fix it clearly to the outside of your parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off & Refund

  Take your package to the nearest authorized drop-off point; once we receive and inspect your items, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
